We endeavor to give you our very best in order to enhance your experience at Nails by Priscilla. We adhere to certain policies to benefit you and our employees.

        Nails by Priscilla is a full-service beauty salon dedicated to consistently providing high customer satisfaction by rendering excellent service, clean & sanitary, quality products, and furnishing an enjoyable atmosphere at an acceptable price/value relationship.  We will also maintain a friendly, fair, and creative work environment, which respects diversity, ideas and hard work.

       Priscilla (The manager) has worked in a prestigious nail salons in the Newport Coast, Newport Beach, Huntington Beach and San Clemente for years. Priscilla has created a large client following through her passion, hard work and dedication. 
Priscilla, and her team of talented Manicurist and Esthetician, Lash Artist has what it takes to make this venture an extremely successful one. 

Appointment Cancellation:

Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. A credit card number will be required to make a reservation for party of 2 or more and for all eyelash extension services . Failure to show for a scheduled appointment will result in a 50% charge of scheduled services to your credit card account. We recommend that you make reservations well in advance so that your desired times can be reserved. Deposit on a group party’s reservation will not be refunded if appointments are missed without prior 24 hour cancellation notification.

Arrival Time:

Please plan to arrive ten minutes before your scheduled appointment time (parking can be difficult during the weekends).

Late Arrival:
Our scheduling permits the correct amount of time to complete your service. If you expect to be late to your appointment, please inform us as soon as possible. Arriving late will limit the time of your service; which may reduce effectiveness and enjoyment of the service. If we are not informed and you are 15 minutes late to your appointment, your slot will be opened up to other clients. We cannot guarantee that you will receive the full service with the remaining time in case of late arrival.

Gift Certificates:
Gift Certificates are not refundable or exchangeable at any time. Gift Certificates are to be treated as cash, and are therefore not redeemable if lost or stolen.

We accept all major credit cards, but no personal checks, please. Tipping is cash preferred.

Medical Conditions and Special Needs
Prior to receiving your services, please inform us about any special needs or medical conditions, pregnancy, injuries, allergies, or disabilities. This will help customize your service to ensure the highest satisfaction and benefits.
